Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Token Supply at token-supply.com, api.token-supply.com, and related dashboards, APIs, and documentation (the “Service”). When you create an account, you are asked to confirm your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. The Service

Token Supply provides prepaid API access to listed models at the rates shown in the dashboard and public pricing catalog. You keep your existing client, point it at our endpoint, and authenticate with a Token Supply API key.

New accounts start with an empty wallet. Empty wallets may make a limited number of free live requests (currently 10 per account) so you can test a key. After that allowance, requests require available wallet credit. Requests stop when the prepaid balance cannot cover the call.

Listed models, rates, and availability can change. We do not guarantee that a particular model, provider, latency, or uptime will remain available.

3. Accounts and API keys

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, including requests made with your API keys.

API keys are secrets. Do not share them, commit them to public repositories, or embed them in client-side code that third parties can read. You may revoke a key at any time from the dashboard.

At signup, you may separately choose whether to receive occasional product news and promotional offers by email. Marketing email is optional and is not required to use the Service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting [email protected]. We will continue to send necessary transactional messages about your account and purchases.

We may suspend or close an account that is disabled, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Prepaid wallet and payments

The Service is prepaid. You add credit before paid usage. Usage at listed rates debits your wallet as requests complete. Amounts are stored in US dollars.

Card top-ups are processed by Stripe. Crypto top-ups are processed by NOWPayments. We do not store full card numbers. Card tax is calculated by Stripe from your shipping address; wallet credit is the pre-tax amount. Crypto top-ups credit the confirmed USD invoice amount.

Minimum and maximum top-up amounts are shown at checkout. Unused wallet balance can be refunded by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. Already used credits are non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused credit remains in your wallet until it is used, refunded, or the account is closed.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after credit was applied, we may debit the wallet or suspend the account for the disputed amount.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with the usage policies of the underlying model providers whose models you call.

You may not: attempt to access other customers’ data or keys; probe, overload, or disrupt the Service; resell access except as we expressly allow; bypass billing, rate limits, or authentication; or use the Service to generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages.

We may rate-limit, refuse, or terminate traffic that threatens the Service or other users.

6. Content and data

You retain rights to the prompts and outputs you send through the API. We process that traffic to provide the Service. We do not log request or response bodies.

Usage metadata (such as timestamps, model, token counts, status codes, and cost) is recorded so we can bill, display dashboards, and operate the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as available. Upstream models, networks, and third-party processors can fail without notice. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may interrupt access.

We may change features, listed rates, free-request allowances, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Model outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Token Supply and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the Service or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for wallet credit in the three months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Token Supply and its operators against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

On termination, API keys stop working. Unused prepaid credit can be refunded by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. Already used credits are non-refundable, except where required by law. Sections that by nature should survive (including payments already due, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.
